catering
We have a full list of local restaurants and menus for you to choose from on your wedding day while your services are being carried out. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to order any refreshments so that we may accommodate you.
payment
Payment of 20% of the total charge for desired services of entire party is necessary to schedule appointments. The balance is required 72 hours prior to your scheduled services.
appointment scheduling
In order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for your party, it is imperative that arrangements are confirmed with our Reservations Coordinator at least 2 weeks prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen events can happen in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. However, our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within 2 weeks may not be possible, depending on availability. We greatly appreciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process.
cancelation/refunds
Clients canceling their appointments 72 hours or more prior to their service(s) will be refunded their entire deposit.
Clients canceling appointments without 72 hours notice will receive no refund.
No refund will be given for members of the wedding party who miss their appointment the day of the wedding.
I just moved to Arizona from New York. I had been seeing a stylist at an Aveda salon in New York. Your salon here in Tempe blows them away. Your customer service and attention to detail made me feel special and welcome. I have never experienced such hospitality from a salon the way you guys did. New York has great salons, but not as wonderful as yours. You made my appt. when I wanted to come in, followed up by confirming it and took the time to follow up after the appt. with a call and and e-mail survey... WOW!
